Mills Branch seeks to create new development the way we used to build our American towns and neighborhoods with a focus on walkability, architecture, modern technology and convenience. Mills Branch will offer a variety of home types and sizes ranging from 12-unit courtyard residences to 3,500+ square foot single-family homes. Granny flats or accessory buildings are permitted to allow home offices or dwelling for grandparents or college-age children, or guests.
Mills Branch also features safer, more beautiful streets for residents. A network of interconnected, tree-lined streets, homes with porches, and a variety of common open spaces laced with trails will foster activity, personal interaction, and stronger neighborhood bonds. Within the Mills Branch District, the city of Lancaster thus far has approved three master-planned neighborhoods: Tribute at Mills Branch, Woodland Estates and Homestead.
