A Sense of Place with Open Space
Tribute at Mills Branch is the District’s first residential neighborhood to be unveiled with homes under construction and new neighbors moving in. Tribute at Mills Branch creates a strong sense of place and community through refined architecture, a network of open spaces, and pedestrian-scaled interconnecting streets and sidewalks.
Located along Belt Line Road just east of Interstate 35, the 46-acre neighborhood will provide for 199 home sites. Every home is within a five-minute walk to a park within Tribute at Mills Branch. Home sites offer native trees or views of the beautiful treescapes and parks. A state-recognized two-hundred-year-old pecan tree is the centerpiece of the 14 acres of open space, and an elaborate rose arbor and a stone fireplace with a seating circle provide neighborhood gathering places.
Streets are purposely narrow to slow down traffic and make streets safer for residents and their guests. Adding to the safety and character of the neighborhood are historic style street lights, unified street signs, address signs, pergolas and picnic facilities. |
